On this Big Moves conversation, Fresh and Thato spoke to Sihle Magubane on how a chance cappuccino at an arts festival changed the course of his life. Raised in Nkandla and responsible for his siblings from the age of 16, he trained as a barista in Johannesburg, spent a decade honing his craft, and launched Sihle's Brew in 2012. Sihle spoke about the journey from small-batch roaster to national retail shelves, including the Pick n Pay partnership, and reflected on what it means to build a Black-owned coffee brand from the ground up.
