Fresh and Thato had a sit down with Social Entrepreneur & Founder of Pelebox, Neo Hutiri who quit his corporate job, contracted tuberculosis, and turned that setback into a health-tech business that changed lives across the region. Neo Hutiri founded Pelebox smart lockers that let patients collect chronic medication in under 30 seconds instead of hours in a clinic queue. It powered over 1.7 million collections across 123 communities in South Africa, Botswana and Namibia. In 2019, he became the first South African to win the Royal Academy of Engineering's Africa Prize. He was later named a 2025–2026 Obama Foundation Africa Leader.
