But recently, she has faced challenges with hotels that refuse to serve the pair or that they can only stay in a "pet-friendly" room. She said policy changes have made a simple hotel stay a difficult one. She joins us during Guide Dog Access Awareness Month to share her story and talk about the importance of guide dogs.
