Why is it so hard to build anything in Canada?

Canada is facing a crisis in major project construction, with soaring costs, delays and budget overruns making it increasingly difficult to build infrastructure and attract investment. University of Toronto professor Matti Siemiatycki argues that speeding up approvals isn't enough to solve the problem. He joins Evan to talk about what else needs to happen.
