Ceuta migrant crisis puts pressure on Spain

Spain's North African enclave of Ceuta is grappling with a humanitarian crisis after a mass migrant crossing left thousands stranded and overwhelmed local resources. While tens of thousands have already been returned to Morocco, thousands more remain in the enclave, with reception centres stretched beyond capacity and concerns growing over the high death toll.
