Chef Ndumiso Nkala is a Banqueting Chef at Country Club
Johannesburg, where he has worked for the past four years. His passion
for cooking began in Grade 11 during a job-shadowing opportunity,
which led him to gain valuable experience at Sunnyside Park Hotel. He
later pursued his passion by studying Culinary Arts at HTA School of
Culinary Art, graduating with an IVQ Diploma in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts in 2022. Today, Chef Ndumiso is known for combining
refined culinary techniques with proudly South African flavours, creating
dishes that celebrate local cuisine in fresh and exciting ways.
