On Agriskoops today, the head of Intercultural Relations and Cooperation at AfriForum, Barend Uys, and the development coordinator of agriculture at Saai, Leon Lourens, tell us more about a vegetable project in Tsheseng in the Free State. This joint project between AfriForum, Saai, and the local community produces spinach, carrots, pumpkin, and onions, and in the past month has managed to be able to provide sufficient vegetables to the local nutrition scheme and produce a surplus that is sold by the community members involved.
