The North Coast is widely promoted as one of South Africa’s fastest-growing development corridors, with major investment, expanding estates and large-scale tourism projects reshaping the coastline.

Yet within these same development zones, several property owners are fighting unlawful land occupation.

On this episode of Uncensored, we focus on one such site: Thornhill Farm, a 42-hectare privately owned property on the outskirts of KwaDukuza, just a short distance from the multi-billion rand Club Med development site at Tinley Manor.
