Financial services leaders across Africa are heading into 2026 with a markedly different tone, one of confidence, ambition and accelerated reinvention. According to the KPMG 2025 Global CEO Outlook, chief executives in banking, capital markets and insurance are doubling down on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity resilience, ESG compliance and strategic growth,  even as geopolitical volatility and regulatory complexity persist.
