The residents of Zen Drive, Jacqueline Drive, Hillary Drive, Hillary Place, and the greater Ballito community are urgently rallying to safeguard Erf 837, a critical green corridor that sustains bushbuck, birdlife, mongooses, and diverse plant species, arguing that any development on this ecologically valuable land would permanently destroy one of the last natural habitats in their neighbourhood and irreversibly diminish the area’s environmental and community wellbeing.
