The Baby Proteas secured their best-ever finish at the Netball Youth World Cup in Gibraltar on Sunday, but weren’t able to medal after falling short against England in the bronze final.
Following the defeat to the English, the South African coach, Precious Mthembu, lamented her team ‘s inability to make the most of the opportunities they created during bronze final, but was ultimately proud of their best world cup finish.
