Make It Make Sense With Ayanda Nyathi - Update On Rand Water Planned

Last week, Rand Water's Planned Maintenance Programme got underway, which will be in progress until 21 July 2025. This work impacts most of the greater Johannesburg region and other parts of Gauteng. Just earlier today Rand Water announced that the B16 pipeline had been completed, and that pumping at the Mapleton Pump Station in Boksburg had resumed. The plan still has a few critical stages and repairs ahead, and many residents across the province are still feeling nervous about how this impacts their daily lives. Listen in as we speak to Rand Water spokesperson, Makenosi Maroo to give us the update on how the maintenance is going thus far.
