Former DA leader and political heavyweight Tony Leon is pulling back the curtain on some of the most pivotal moments in South African history with his latest book "Being There: Back Stories from the Political Front."

The book - which will be featured at this month's Kingsmead Book Fair - offers a ringside view of political power... with reflections on encounters with figures like Nelson Mandela, FW de Klerk, Harry Oppenheimer, Ariel Sharon, and Yasser Arafat.
