The Suzuki Griquas will debut a Varsity Cup winner on Saturday in the big SA Cup semi-final against the Toyota Cheetahs in Kimberley.
The Griquas will debut the UCT Ikeys centre Tom Nel off the bench for the game, and he gets an opportunity as Tertius Kruger being ruled out with a concussion.
The Griquas will also welcome back their influential co-captain, Marco de Witt, who wasn’t risked during the 31-29 win against the Cheetahs last week.
The coach, Pieter Bergh, told OFM Sport that they semi-final is a good opportunity for the debutant, Nel.
