The dynamic Toyota Cheetahs flanker, Gideon van der Merwe, is set to make his long-awaited return to the field on Saturday in the eagerly anticipated SA Cup derby against the Suzuki Griquas in Kimberley.
Van der Merwe, known for his ball-stealing prowess, has been back in full training for some time, and has now been given the green light to play again.
