South Africa’s genre-blending family band, Cantrel, has released their latest radio single, Walls. The song, part of their newly launched EP Jump, is an emotional and uplifting track that tackles mental health awareness, self-reflection, and personal growth. “The message of Walls is that sometimes you just have to stop being so hard on yourself,” says Neil Breytenbach, one-half of Cantrel and a member of Prime Circle. “You are your own worst enemy at times, and you’ve got to try to save yourself from yourself. Don’t be afraid to reach out to people and call for help.”
