The Griffons are quietly confident going into their big SA Cup fourth round clash against the Suzuki Griquas in Welkom on Saturday.
The Griquas are the defending champions and have never lost in the competition, but the Purple People Eaters are backing themselves.
In addition, Welkom is one of the toughest places to secure a win, and the Griffons will want to make the home ground advantage count.
The Griffons centre, Christopher Hollis, who previously played for the Peacock Blues, told OFM Sport they are in a very good space as a team.
