After a meeting on Friday where the ANC attempted to woo ActionSA to join its quest for the budget to be passed after an impasse in the government of national unity (GNU), the Herman Mashaba-led party has pressed pause on the negotiations. Sizwe Dhlomo invited Legal Expert, Mpumelelo Zikalala, to share insights on what constitutional law says in an instance where the budget fails, seeing that many political parties ae rejecting it.
