Tshwane Mayor on first 100 days in office

Nasiphi Moya, the Mayor of Tshwane, says her first 100 days in office were both rewarding and challenging. She assumed office last year after a motion of no-confidence against Cilliers Brink. In October, shortly after her swearing-in, her administration launched a 100-day action plan. The document outlined six priorities: financial stability, economic revitalisation, infrastructure development, service delivery, by-law enforcement, and community engagement.
