Paula Badosa - Reaching first Grand Slam semi-final

The American-born Spanish player, Paula Badosa, has reached the semi-finals of a Grand Slam for the first time in her career.
This morning the 27-year Badosa booked her spot in the semi-finals of the Australian Open women’s singles with a straight-sets victory against Coco Gauff of the USA.
The 11th seeded Badosa claimed a 7-5 and 6-4 victory against the third seeded Gauff.
She will face the winner between today’s seeded quarter-final when the world number one and defending champion, Aryna Sabalenka, takes on Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova.
