Sports, Arts and Culture Minister Gayton McKenzie announced on Thursday that his department will commission documentaries to celebrate 25 legends of the creative sector. Speaking at an event honouring the stars who are part of The Living Legends Legacy Fraternity Trust, he also promised a monthly allowance for artists over the age of 70. Is this fair?
