Lona was a hugely popular MasterChef contestant who, according to the judges, brought joy and sunshine to the MasterChef South Africa kitchen. The judges all cried when it was Lona’s time to go. MasterChef South Africa on S3 (formerly SABC3) premieres on Saturdays at 20:30 The rebroadcasts are on Sundays at 18:30 on SABC2 and Wednesdays on S3 at 18:00. This coming Saturday will be the semi-final, and the final is on 23 November.
