Crime is a reality in South Africa, and sadly most of us have experienced theft like pick-pocketing, house break-in’s, smash & grabs etc. After the theft, we are often told "be happy that they just took the item" or “it’s only a material item”. However sometimes the item that was taken was truly of huge sentimental value to us!
