WFP warns of low supplies in northern Gaza

As an Israeli military offensive in northern Gaza continues, the UN agency says no new food has arrived since the start of October. Meanwhile, residents, who have been asked to evacuate the area by the IDF, hesitate as Hamas tells them to stay.
