While you are closing your eyes, getting your good night's sleep, your body is working to support healthy brain function and maintain your physical health. While many sleep experts differ on how many hours of sleep are necessary for optimum health (Averaging 7,8 or 9 hours) there is consensus that sleep is best when it is uninterrupted. Achieving this in our lives isn't easy, when you may have noisy neighbours, or a baby, a partner who snores among many other reasons. What is interrupting your sleep?
