Some of us though, are always over-extending ourselves to help others even when the problem wasn't ours to solve at all, and even to the extent of compromising our own boundaries. Is there a difference between helping people because it comes from the good of your heart, versus helping people because we love the feeling of being needed, and being in the center of drama? We discuss the differences between co-dependent and interdependent relationships with people around us, and how sometimes, our own issues may be hindering us from seeing things clearly.
