The University of the Free State got off to a flying start in the 2024 Varsity Netball in Johannesburg.
Yesterday, Kovsies made a big statement in the opening game of the tournament with a convincing victory against the hosts of the first two rounds, Wits.
The team from Bloemfontein turned in a near-perfect performance with a 78-33 drubbing of Witsies.
The Kovsies captain, Refiloe Nketsa, told OFM Sport that it’s important to be consistent going forward.
