The Water and Sanitation Department says it cannot take over and interfere with the role and operations of municipalities unless it becomes necessary adding that it will continue providing extensive support to struggling municipalities. Minister Pemmy Majodina briefed the media on her department’s plans and priorities for 2024/25.
