Nicela Naude was abandoned by her biological mother in hospital and was adopted by Maddy and Jacques Naude. Life hasn't been easy for the family as Nicela was diagnosed with Klippel Trenaunay Webber Syndrom - a rare, potentially fatal disease. Unfortunately Maddy and Jacques aren't able to keep up with the cost of the necessary daily treatment. Ryan made a few calls to friends with big hearts to find out if we can help.
