AfriForum is challenging the NPA’s decision not to prosecute Fikile Mbalula over a controversial 2016 Dubai trip. AfriForum's Private Prosecution Unit, which obtained the police docket related to the payment for the holiday following a Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) application, is convinced Mbalula has a case to answer. The team deliberate on the possible private prosecution of Mbalula and ask whether it’s fair or just a witch hunt.
