Elections 2024 : Episode 14 : "South Africa is not the sum of its bad politicians"

As South Africans prepare to head to the polls, political analysts claim this will be the country's most critical election since the dawn of democracy.

Co-author of "Who Will Rule South Africa" Qaanitah Hunter has told HOT1027 News the ruling party is expected to lose its overall majority at the polls on the 29th of May - which means it'll have to rely on coalitions with other parties to govern.

She says these elections will mark the start of a new political landscape for South Africa.
