Home Affairs Minister Aaron Motsoaledi has called for harsher sanctions against companies or individuals who give employment to illegal foreigners in South Africa. Legal Expert, Mpumelelo Zikalala, joined Sizwe Dhlomo to speak about how laws can be made stricter to allow for solutions to resolve this issue. Zikalala also touched on why the department of Home Affairs tends to lose most of the matters it pursues in court.
