The Health Professions Council of SA (HPCSA) is holding a hearing on claims of negligence by public
relations guru, Hlengiwe Mbambo, after she lodged a complaint last year about her botched surgery
by a Johannesburg gynecologist two years ago. The doctor is expected to know his fate on the
matter soon. Mbambo also found out that the assistant doctor was not registered with the HPCSA,
