DAY 4: Carmen needs a whoe week to train for Amashova

Carmen Reddy has never learned to ride a bicycle. After picking out a bicycle, Darren Maule and Sky Tshabalala tried to teach her how to ride, but they were unsuccessful. Then Greg Albert, a professional cyclist stepped in and offered his expert services to teach Carmen how to ride. He is so confident in Carmen that he believes she will be doing the Amashova on Sunday the 22nd of October! But, the team will need to miss an entire week of work to commit to training!
