We've all probably got some or other form of loyalty card from our local grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. But do we actually take full advantage of them? Probably not. The amount of unclaimed loyalty points is stacks up to billions of rands across the globe. The Ryan O'Connor Breakfast show spoke about it today and got some great advice to turn ourselves into effective "point squirrels" (as described by one of our listeners.
