Journalist and Cultural critic Sandile Memela lambasted the youth of 1976 while speaking to Nghamula Chauke for failing to instill in their children the love and pride of being an African by not embracing African Languages. He however says he is not merely attacking the 1976 youth because it was not entirely their fault that African Languages have been under-developed since. Memela calls for today's youth to reflect on the type of future they want for their children.
