The Make It Happen Foundation is accusing the Limpopo Human Rights Commission in Limpopo of failing to fulfil its constitutional obligation to protect the former and current workers of Great North Transport whose pension monies were lost. Speaking to Nghamula Chauke, the Make It Happen Foundation’s Managing Director Harry Masindi said the South African Human Rights Commission was created to be a voice for the vulnerable, but for GNT workers it has been biased and silent.
