Joburg Transport MMC Kenny Kunene speaks to Phemelo after Uber and Bolt cars were set alight outside Maponya Mall in Soweto. Kunene says while he believes mini bus taxis are not to blame for the attacks, community members suspect there may be a third force fuelling tensions in the area.
