The ITEC Knights will get their season on Tuesday afternoon when they face the Warriors in Potchefstroom in the CSA T20 Challenge.
The Knights start their season under pressure to performance as there will be relegation to Division 2, and as things stand the team from the Free State are heading down.
The Knights do have a boost with Pite van Biljon being declared fit to play, while they brought in the services of the big hitting English cricketer, Josh Cobb.
The Knights coach, JP Triegaardt, said they are ready to embrace the challenge.
