KZN weather on Yellow Level 2, should we start panicking?

The South African Weather Service is predicting cold and rainy weather for the next few days in some of the eastern provinces. KZN being one of those places, Darren Keri and Sky want to assure people that unless there's confirmation, people shouldn't panic but rather use prevention methods.
