Caxton’s proposed merger with Mpact strikes snags

The newspaper publishing company wants ‘to control Mpact, and wants to trial a merger before making an offer, thus avoiding being trapped into an offer and then discovering huge Competition issues and being caught short, says Caxton chair Paul Jenkins.
