Reaction to possible medicinal cannabis farming in Namibia

Calls to legalise cannabis in Namibia have been intensifying. Some representatives of the pro-cannabis groups have gone as far as handing over petitions to cabinet in an effort to convince government about the benefits of cannabis use. There seem to be light at the end of the tunnel following remarks by the Minister of Agriculture Calle Schlettwein, who said they are looking at legalising medicinal cannabis farming. Angela Prusa from the Cannabis and Hemp Association of Namibia, shared her opinion with In the Newsroom.
