Looted internet cafe gets a chance to rebuild

Mr Govender did not have insurance for his shop, even the 2 machines that he have rented from Konica were not insured and now they also advising me that he still needs to pay for the contract although that machines was burnt.
.
He now needs more than R100 000 to redo his entire shop.
