The Heart and Stroke Foundation South Africa recommends that if you drink alcohol, then do so in moderation. Drinking too much alcohol is harmful to your heart and general health. Tobacco causes 8 million deaths every year from cardiovascular disease, lung disorders, cancer, diabetes, and hypertension. Smoking along with high cholesterol, high blood pressure, physical inactivity, obesity, diabetes are the risk factors for cardiovascular diseases. #FamilyFocus - Childhood Cancer Week: Having had cancer 3 times, this 13yr old will inspire you

Vonic Johnson is in Gr 7 but was diagnosed with cancer for the first time when she was only 3 months old. She lost her one eye to cancer and in 2019 almost lost her leg. Today she is looking forward to going to high school and inspiring others with her story. When she grows up she wants to be a pediatric oncologist.
