With the coronavirus infections rising exponential in South Africa, 19 year old Nkosi Mnisi who tested positive for Covid-19 five days ago is urging everyone to stay at home saying “this thing is serious”. The Gauteng province, which is one of the most populated in the country and an economic hub, now has more active cases than there are recoveries. Mnisi says he is grateful that he is able to quarantine at home and hospitals and self isolation sites across the country fill up with people infected with the virus. He is receiving from home and has mild symptoms including a wet cough.
