Burger Hands, Miguel & the Proteas Soap Opera

In the second episode of the SportsLIVE Podcast Sbu Mjikeliso is again joined by sports journalist Daniel Gallan via Skype from the UK, who lifts the lid on the soapie kind of week that's unfolded since news leaked that AB de Villiers made a minibus taxi-style late U-Turn after asking to join the Proteas World Cup team.

Daniel reveals that as far back the Mzansi Super League in December, coach Ottis Gibson asked AB if he was "done with this retirement rubbish", to which AB responded by confirming his retirement from all forms of South African cricket.

We also chat to rugby skills guru Sino Ganto about the hotly contested Springbok No 13 position. Two players are favourites to don the jersey in Japan at the World Cup – Lukhanyo Am and Jesse Kriel. But, a new perspective has come to light, which suggests the two should play together in midfield. We also hear what Jesse Kriel himself thinks of this potential move.
