Booysen describes business deals between businessman, Toshan Panday and police force

Johan Booysen has told the State Capture Commission former KZN police commissioner, Mmamonye Ngobeni was adamant to stop an investigation into national police officials and politically linked businessman, Toshan Panday. This is the same investigation McBride said the NPA failed to prosecute during his time at IPID.
