The city's second instalment of the Articulate Africa Book and Art Fair, kicks off at the Durban Exhibition Centre from 10 - 13 April. eThekwini's Thembinkosi Ngcobo says going forward, they're hopeful the festival will attract investors who are interested in visual arts.
