Barely any change in confidence levels among South African businesses in January, this according to Sacci's
Business Confidence Index which eased marginally from 95.2 in December to 95.1, lower than the average for last year. The organisation however does add that the upcoming national budget presents an opportunity to change the business confidence climate around and with decisive action taken around state capture today, what does this all mean for business confidence moving forward?
