ANC seeks to amend section 25 of the constitution

Socio-Political hot potato, economic disaster, investor uncertainty, a necessity to correct past injustices - this just some of the rhetoric associated with the call to expropriate land without compensation. The bottom line however is that land reform cannot be considered in isolation of economic and other factors.
